Fibromyalgia causes cravings for sugar and starch. The craving is so strong it is irresistible. Then you end up not eating much but you gain alarming amounts of weight. So, does diet affect Fibromyalgia? Yes, diet very much affects fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgics have to eat in a very specific way. While it is not a hard way, it is a way that needs to be learned. It is a more wholesome clean diet that you actually start to enjoy.
